1. Only unopened products can be exchanged 
2. Return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product (1 week)
3. WONTECH ASIA will bear the return shipping costs If you receive a wrong product, damaged/defective item, missing item or product as not described.
4. If you are not satisfied with the product and would like to return/exchange, you will return the product(s) at your own expense. 
   
   

(However, if the packaging box has been opened or the packaging has been damaged and the product value has been lost, exchange/return is impossible.)
